环双醚硫代氨基甲酸酯和重芳烃协同浮选硫化铜矿 被引量:3

Synergistic Separation of Copper Sulfide Ore with Cyclic Diether Carbamate and Heavy Aromatic Hydrocarbons

摘要 针对黑龙江某低品位铜矿存在品位低、伴生金属干扰等问题,研究将环双醚氨基甲酸酯和重芳烃混合使用,发现产生协同效应,可大幅提高铜矿疏水性和铜精矿回收率。捕收剂环双醚硫代氨基甲酸酯中C=S键可以与硫化铜矿发生化学吸附,对硫化铜矿具有高选择性,且不易浮选黄铁矿,重芳烃类捕收剂作为辅助捕收剂,与O异戊基双氧乙叉异丁基硫代氨基甲酸酯混合使用,提高捕收能力。对原矿铜品位为0.353%的低品位铜矿进行一粗两精两扫的浮选闭路试验,获得了铜精矿铜品位19.955%、铜回收率为96.10%的选别指标。结果表明,环双醚硫代氨基甲酸酯和重芳烃协同作用在黄铁矿存在下对硫化铜展现了高选择性和强捕收能力,对低品位铜矿获得超高的回收率具有理论意义和应用价值。 In view of the problems of low copper grade and associated metal interference in a low-grade copper ore in Heilongjiang,the mixed use of cyclic diether carbamate and heavy aromatics was studied,and it was found that the synergistic effect was produced,which could greatly improve the hydrophobicity of copper ore and the recovery of copper concentrate.The C=S bond in that collector cyclic diether thiocarbamate can be chemically adsorb with the copper sulfide ore,had high selectivity to the copper sulfide ore,and was not easy to float pyrite and the heavy aromatic hydrocarbon collector was used as an auxiliary collector and is mixed with the O isoamyl dioxy ethylidene isobutyl thiocarbamate,so that the collecting capacity was improved.Closed-circuit flotation tests were carried out on a low-grade copper ore with copper grade of 0.353%,and copper concentrate with copper grade of 19.955%and copper recovery of 96.10%was obtained.The results showed that the synergistic effect of cyclic diether thiocarbamates and heavy aromatics exhibits high selectivity and strong collecting ability for copper sulfide in the presence of pyrite,which had theoretical significance and application value for obtaining ultra-high recovery of low-grade copper ore.
