摘要
利用简单的绿色溶剂热法以乙二醇为溶剂成功地制备了具有三角形形貌的硒化锌(ZnSe)纳米颗粒.X射线衍射(XRD)结果显示,合成的ZnSe具有立方闪锌矿结构.透射电子显微镜结果表明,合成的ZnSe纳米颗粒大小约为15 nm,形貌呈三角形.光致发光谱显示,ZnSe纳米颗粒在447 nm处存在较强的近带边发射峰,在510~600 nm处有一个与缺陷相关的发射带;随着激发功率的增加,具有三角形形貌的ZnSe纳米颗粒的近带边发射峰出现了明显的红移,同时峰能量降低了455 MeV;随着激发功率从1.5 mW增加到30 mW,所观察到的近带边发射峰的强度先增大后减小.
ZnSe nanoparticles with triangle shape were successfully prepared by using a facile and green solvothermal method in ethylene glycol.The X-ray diffraction(XRD)results exhibited the cubic zinc blende structure of ZnSe.The transmission electron microscopy(TEM)results showed that the ZnSe nanoparticles were about 15 nm with morphologies of triangle shape.It was proved that EG played a significant role during the synthesis of ZnSe nanoparticles with triangle shape.The room-temperature PL spectrum of the ZnSe nanoparticles showed a strong near-band-edge emission peak at 447 nm and a defect-related emission band in the range of 510 nm to 600 nm.Excitation-power-dependent photoluminescence spectrum of the ZnSe nanoparticles showed that the near band-edge emission peak displayed an evident red-shift with increasing the excitation power,and the corresponding energy shift might be as large as 455 MeV.It was found that the intensity of the observed PL emission bands increased at first,and then decreased with the excitation power increasing from 1.5 mW to 30 mW.
