摘要
针对磨料回收系统设备空转损耗、电能浪费等问题,开展磨料回收智能控制系统研究,通过特制传感器组件的感知及控制系统优化,实现了无人值机、高效回收、安全运行及节约能源,为造船企业减少劳动力、提高智能水平、节能减排提供了技术支持。
Aiming at the problems of idling loss and power waste of the abrasive recovery system equipment,the project has carried out research on the intelligent control system of abrasive recovery.Through the perception of special sensor components and optimization of the control system,unmanned machine,efficient recovery,safe operation and energy saving are realized.It provides technical support for shipbuilding enterprises to reduce labor force,improve intelligence level,energy saving and emission reduction.
