摘要
介绍热处理领域中可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)在环形加热炉的运行及控制系统中的应用。因控制工艺独特,能够有效控制炉底机械的位置精度、时间及转速,使用PLC控制的环形炉逐渐受到热处理行业的关注。PLC对热处理环形炉生产控制的关键原理是对物料燃烧还原反应时间的控制,要求对物料还原时间控制准确,精度高。此外,还介绍了热处理环形炉液压系统原理、PLC控制系统组成和程序设计等,为冶金材料及轧钢过程提供参考。
In the field of heat treatment,the application of programmable logic controller(PLC) in the operation and control system of ring heating furnace is mainly introduced.Because of the unique control technology,it can effectively control the position accuracy,time and rotation speed of the bottom machinery,and the use of PLC to control the ring furnace has gradually attracted the attention of heat treatment industry.The key principle of PLC for production control of ring heating furnace is the control of material combustion reduction reaction time,which requires accurate and high precision control of material reduction time.In additon,the hydraulic system principle,PLC control system composition and program design of the ring heating furnace are also introduced,which can provide reference for metallurgical materials and rolling process.
