研究型大学强化国家战略科技力量的思考与探究

Research and exploration on building national strategic science and technology strength in research universities

科技创新已成为当今世界科技强国竞争的主要战场,为实现中华民族伟大复兴,国家对战略科技支撑的需求越来越迫切。所以,打造和强化国家战略科技力量是党和国家在新的历史时期,面对国际复杂竞争环境的重要战略选择。高校作为国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,研究型大学是增强和提升国家战略科技实力、打造战略科技力量的支柱之一。文章以高校科技创新为视角,立足新发展阶段,研究了中国国家战略科技力量的产生和发展背景、内涵与外延,分析了当前高校在打造战略科技力量过程中所面临的一些问题及现状,提出了高校打造战略科技力量的几点建议,为促进高校高质量发展、构建新发展格局提供理论参考和决策依据。

Scientific and technological innovation has become the main battlefield of the competition among the world’ s scientific and technological powers. In order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the country’ s demand for strategic scientific and technological support is increasingly urgent. Therefore, building and strengthening national strategic scientific and technological strength is an important strategic choice for the Party and the country in the new historical period, facing the complex international competitive environment. As an important part of the national scientific and technological innovation system, research universities are one of the pillars to enhance the national strategic scientific and technological strength and build strategic scientific and technological strength. From the perspective of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities, based on the new development stage,this paper studies the generation and development background, connotation and extension of China’ s national strategic scientific and technological forces, analyzes some problems and current situations faced by colleges and universities in the process of building strategic scientific and technological forces, and puts forward some suggestions for colleges and universities to build strategic scientific and technological forces, which provides theoretical reference and decision-making basis for promoting high-quality development of colleges and universities and building a new development pattern.
