后冬奥视域下张家口地区图书馆信息服务发展研究

Research on the development of library information service in Zhangjiakou area in the view of post Winter Olympic Games

后冬奥时代下的张家口图书馆信息服务坐拥新技术的更新,但存在与公共文化尤其是冰雪文体产业协同发展的矛盾,且缺乏相关人才。针对上述问题,文章研究表明张家口地区图书馆应该结构重组,将信息服务与公共文化建设协同设计,多方面多层次相辅相成发展。如此,图书馆信息服务方能扩大覆盖面,打造区域品牌;且自愿整合将长远获利,规划构建契合张家口本地公共文化发展尤其是冰雪城市文化建设的信息服务模式。

In the post Winter Olympics Games era, Zhangjiakou Library’ s information service is supported by the update of new technologies, but there is a contradiction with the coordinated development of public culture, especially the ice and snow sports industry, and there is a lack of relevant talents. In view of the above problems, Zhangjiakou regional libraries should restructure, design information services and public cultural construction in a coordinated way,and develop in a complementary way at multiple levels. In this way, library information services can expand the coverage of information services and build regional brand, and voluntary integration will make long-term profits. It is planned to build an information service model that fits the local public cultural development of Zhangjiakou, especially the cultural construction of the ice and snow city.
