双循环背景下长三角地区跨境电商发展的SWOT分析研究

长三角跨境电商具有发展条件优越、经济环境良好等优势,存在具有国际影响力的跨境电商平台数量少、物流体系不完善、跨境电商专业人才短缺等劣势,面临着疫情对于线上消费模式的促进、双循环政策的利好等机会,同时也受到了逆全球化形势与贸易环境的不确定性等威胁。文章基于长三角跨境电商的SWOT分析对长三角发展问题展开研究,提出完善跨境电商相关法律政策、构建良好物流体系、加强国际合作稳定市场环境等促进长三角地区跨境电商的长效发展建议。

Cross-border e-commerce in the Yangtze River Delta has the advantages of superior development conditions and a good economic environment, and there are disadvantages such as a small number of cross-border e-commerce platforms with international influence, an imperfect logistics system, and a shortage of cross-border e-commerce professionals. Facing opportunities such as the promotion of online consumption patterns by the epidemic and the favorable double circulation policy, it is also threatened by the anti-globalization situation and the uncertainty of the trade environment. The article conducts research on the development of the Yangtze River Delta through the SWOT analysis of cross-border e-commerce in the Yangtze River Delta, and proposes suggestions for improving the relevant laws and policies of cross-border e-commerce, building a good logistics system, strengthening international cooperation and stabilizing the market environment, etc. to promote the cross-border e-commerce in the Yangtze River Delta region.
