运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对大数据赋能青少年体质健康治理精准化的现状、内在机理进行研究,并提出推进路径。大数据赋能青少年体质健康治理精准化现状:助力治理对象与需求精准识别,推动多元治理主体形成精准合力,提升治理内容精准化供给。内在机理:理性赋能治理主动与前瞻性、多元主体网络化协同联动、治理供需关系精准匹配、体质健康治理精准施策。推进路径:加强顶层设计,树立科学发展理念;夯实基础设施建设,优化赋能条件;完善协同联动机制,构建保障体系;深耕技术应用,拓展青少年体质健康治理新领域。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studied the development status and internal mechanism of the precision governance of physical health for adolescents empowered by big data,and proposed the promotion path.Development status of precision governance of physical health for adolescents empowered by big data:It helps the precise identification of governance objects and needs,promotes the formation of precise synergy among multiple governance subjects,and improves the precise supply of governance content.Internal mechanism:Big data enables proactive and forward-looking governance,the multi-subject network is in synergy,the supply and demand is accurately matched,and the targeted measures have been taken to improve physical health.Promotion path:We should strengthen top-level design to establish a scientific concept of development,enhance infrastructure development to improve enabling conditions,improve the synergy mechanism to build a support system,and deepen the application of technology to expand new areas of physical health governance for adolescents.
