摘要
传统的基坑支护形式经常受到开挖场地大小、深度和工程地质、水文地质条件等因素所限制,无法适用于一些特殊情况的基坑施工场地。为了突破局限,HUC组合钢板桩应运而生。本文以HUC组合钢板桩的工程结构形式、施工特点、变形形态进行介绍,结合福州市某新建配餐生产车间水泵房基坑工程实例,对该支护体系应用在狭长场地深基坑支护中的情况进行探究和分析,验证了HUC钢板桩应用于地下水位高、坑边荷载大的复杂施工条件狭长场地深基坑支护的合理性与适用性,为同类地区相关支护工程提供工程借鉴。
In order to break through the traditional types which always restricted by the size,depth and hydrogeological conditions of excavation,there comes HUC.In this paper,the structure and construction features of HUC composite steel sheet pile were analyzed.Besides,the application of HUC pile is explored with the foundation pit engineering example of water pump house in a new catering production workshop in Fuzhou City,Fujian Province,and verified the reasonable and suitable use in long-narrow site with complicated construction conditions of high groundwater level and large load at the pit edge.The engineering experience can be taken as reference for similar projects.
