摘要
电动工具产品选用的电动机通常采用风扇冷却,选取适合的冷却风扇可有效提升电机功率和整机使用寿命。风扇类型为离心式,轴流式和复合式。其中,以离心式风扇最为常用。针对离心式风扇产生的风量和损耗进行理论计算和流体分析,研究结构参数对离心式风扇的影响,与实际试验结果作比对,表明计算方法具有现实意义。
The cooling mode of motor for electric tools usually adopts fan cooling and selecting a suitable cooling fan can effectively improve the motor power and the service life of the machine.The types of fans are generally divided into centrifugal,axial-flow and composite,among which centrifugal fan is the most widely used.Theoretical calculation and fluid analysis are carried out for the air volume and loss produced by centrifugal fan,and the influence of structural parameters on centrifugal fan is studied.The comparison with the actual test results shows that the calculation method has practical significance.
