摘要
目前,蓝牙智能手环的发展越来越成为市场上的研究热点,基于蓝牙智能手环的“健康大数据监测”也逐渐被人们重视。蓝牙手环可以同时采集到心率、心率变异性、皮肤电反应等生理信号。由于生理信号具有不平稳以及复杂的特性,且很容易受到不同个体差异性的影响,导致建立的单一特征或模态的生理信号情感识别模型存在准确率低、泛化性能差等问题。考虑到人类情感变化的本身会影响身体内多种生理反应的变化,文章通过多个模态的生理信号共同识别情感来提升情感识别模型的准确率和泛化能力。
At present,the development of Bluetooth smart bracelet has increasingly become a research hotspot in the market,and the"health big data monitoring"based on Bluetooth smart bracelet has gradually been paid attention to.Bluetooth bracelet can simultaneously collect physiological signals such as heart rate,heart rate variability and skin electrical response.Because physiological signals have unstable and complex characteristics,and are easily affected by different individual differences,the established physiological signal emotion recognition model with single feature or mode has some problems,such as low accuracy and poor generalization performance.Considering that the change of human emotion itself will affect the changes of various physiological reactions in the body,we can jointly identify emotion through multiple modal physiological signals to improve the accuracy and generalization ability of emotion recognition model.
