林草湿数据与国土调查数据无缝衔接的技术方法介绍

Introduction of technology and method for seamless connection between forest and grass wet data and land survey data

文章主要以林草湿数据与国土调查数据无缝衔接为例,介绍如何利用Arc GIS、FME和其他辅助工具等软件,采用数据融合的技术方法以及规范化、标准化等技术手段,建立了林草湿与国土调查数据的关联关系,有效进行了地类的衔接,探索出一套数据融合技术流程。最终优化落实国家级公益林区划范围,两套数据共同形成一个数据库,避免“两张皮”现状。

This paper mainly introduces how to use Arcgis,FME and other auxiliary inspection tools to fuse data and standardize technical means,taking the seamless connection between forest and grass wet data and the data of the third national land survey as an example,the technical process of FMC and Land Survey Data Fusion is formed,and the related technical methods of data fusion are explored.Finally,optimize the implementation of the state-level Public Welfare Forest Division scope,approved the level of protection and integration of synchronous work,together to form a database,to avoid the“Two skin”status.
