一种全数智一体化无线网优体系构建

摘要 目前抓好网络质量是保障网络服务感知、提升客户满意度的关键,当前网优工作“规、维、优、服”四个条线均在各自条线处理单个问题点,拥有独立的APP、网页、小程序等。在通信数智化转型时期,为达到筑造高质量网络、提升客户感知的目标,文章提出了一种规建维优营服全数智一体化无线网优体系构建研究。该体系利用基于大数据等多维度数据分析,面向无线覆盖、故障、容量、干扰、4/5G协同等重点问题,结合AI智能技术,规划方面实现高精度仿真、自动规划、规划预评估,维护方面实现高时效运维,优化方面实现高场景优化,服务方面实现高便捷服务,支撑我省“数智规建、数智维护、数智优化、数智服务”四位一体工作开展,改善无线网优工作管理质效。 Currently,the key to ensuring network service perception and improving customer satisfaction is network quality.At present,the four lines of"planning,maintenance,optimization and service"in the network optimization work deal with single problem points in their own lines,and have independent APP,webpage,applet,etc.In the transformation period of communication digital intelligence,in order to achieve the goal of building a high-quality network and improving customer perception,this paper proposes a research on the construction of a intergrated“planning,maintenance,operation and service”wireless network optimization system.The system uses multi-dimensional data analysis based on big data,to address key issues such as wireless coverage,failure,capacity,interference,4/5G collaboration,and combines AI intelligent technology to achieve high-precision simulation,automatic planning,and pre evaluation in planning,high time efficiency operation and maintenance in maintenance,high scenario optimization in optimization,and high convenient service in service,We will support the development of"digital intelligence planning and construction,digital intelligence maintenance,digital intelligence optimization,and digital intelligence services"in our province,and improve the quality and efficiency of wireless network optimization management.
