摘要
大学知识生产为深入理解和建构校企协同创新的机制性内涵及长效机制提供了新视角与新思路。在协同学的应用性情境中,大学与企业的协同创新主要由“谁来协同”“协同什么”“如何协同”三个概念化的动力机制构成。而在协同学的理论性语义中,协同创新的序参量一般指直接决定或深刻影响“谁来协同”“协同什么”“如何协同”的重要因素。基于大学知识生产的协同创新长效机制分析,可以将序参量影响协同创新的具体表象及其作用机制分别演绎为大学知识生产的推动力量、相关要素和治理体系,并依此提出推进协同创新的长效机制在于推动他组织与自组织联动,优化关键要素供给和完善外部治理秩序。
University knowledge production provides a new perspective and new ideas for the in-depth understanding and construction of the institutional connotation and long-term mechanism of school enterprise collaborative innovation.In the applied context of synergetics,the collaborative innovation of universities and enterprises is mainly composed of three conceptualized dynamic mechanisms:“who will collaborate”,“what will collaborate”and“how to collaborate”.In the theoretical semantics of synergetics,the order parameter of collaborative innovation generally refers to the important factors that directly determine or profoundly affect“who will collaborate”,“what to collaborate”and“how to collaborate”.Based on the analysis of the long-term mechanism of collaborative innovation of university knowledge production,we can deduce the specific representation and mechanism of the order parameter affecting collaborative innovation as the driving force,relevant elements and governance system of university knowledge production,and propose that the long-term mechanism of promoting collaborative innovation lies in promoting the linkage between other organizations and self-organization,optimizing the supply of key elements and improving the external governance order.
