基于DRG指标和数据包络分析法的某省三级综合医院效率评价

Evaluation the Efficiency of Tertiary General Hospitals of Certain Province Using Data Envelopment Analysis Based on DRG

目的:评价2020年某省55家三级综合医院的效率,为优化卫生资源配置提供决策依据。方法:运用数据包络分析方法的BCC模型评价该省三级综合医院的效率。结果:该省三级综合医院的综合效率平均值是0.870。全省有9家医院的综合效率有效,占总数的16%。46家医院的综合效率无效,占总数的84%。结论:全省三级综合医院的整体效率不高。卫生行政部门要科学制定区域卫生规划,控制三级综合医院的规模,发挥标杆医院的引领作用,提升省域三级综合医院整体效率水平。三级综合医院应加强医院内部经营管理,提升管理水平和医疗技术水平,依靠创新驱动发展,走高质量发展的路径。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficiency of 55 tertiary general hospitals in a province in 2020,provide scientific references for optimizing health resource allocation.METHODS The BCC model of data envelopment analysis was used to evaluate the efficiency of tertiary general hospitals.RESULTS The average value of comprehensive efficiency of the whole province was 0.870.9 hospitals(16%)were DEA efficient,and 46 hospitals(84%)were inefficient.CONCLUSION The overall efficiency of tertiary general hospitals in the province is not high.Health administrative departments should scientifically formulate regional health plans,control the scale of tertiary general hospitals,play the leading role of benchmark hospitals,and improve the overall efficiency level of provincial and third-level general hospitals.Tertiary general hospitals should strengthen their internal management,improve the management level and medical technology level,rely on innovation-driven development,and take the path of high-quality development.
