摘要
目的:探讨社区居民对社区卫生服务中心中医药服务的需求程度与满意度的相关性,并分析居民对社区卫生服务中心中医药服务满意度的影响因素。方法:2019年1月—2020年12月,对上海市浦东新区新场社区卫生服务中心接受中医药服务治疗的588名社区居民进行问卷调查,调查居民对社区卫生服务中心中医药服务的满意度,分析中医药需求程度与满意度的相关性;采用多因素logistic回归分析模型,分析社区居民对社区卫生服务中心中医药服务满意度的影响因素。结果:居民对社区卫生服务中心中医药服务的满意度为66.72%,居民对中医药服务的满意度与需求程度呈正相关。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度高中及以上、家庭月均收入≥6000元、患有慢性疾病种类为1种的居民对中医药服务的满意度较高(OR值分别为1.500、1.760、1.357,P值均<0.05)。结论:社区居民对社区卫生服务中心中医药服务的满意度相对较低,应从主要影响因素入手,提高其满意度。
OBJECTIVE To explore the relation of degree of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)service and satisfaction and its influencing factors among community members.METHODS From January 2019 to December 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 588 community residents who had received TCM service treatment in Xinchang community health service center of Pudong New Area,Shanghai.The relation of degree of TCM service and satisfaction were analyzed by correlation analysis.The influential factors of patients’satisfaction were screened by Logistic regression.RESULT Residents’satisfaction with community TCM services was 66.72%,and residents’satisfaction with TCM services was positively correlated with the degree of demand.The analysis results showed that residents with high school education or above,an average monthly family income of 6000 yuan and one type of chronic disease had high satisfaction with TCM services(OR=1.500,1.760 and 1.357,respectively,and P<0.05).CONCLUSION The satisfaction to TCM service among community members is lower.Community health services center should start from main influencing factors.
