社区女性居民绝经后骨质疏松症的危险因素及预防措施

The Risk Factors and Preventive Measures Related to Primary Postmenopausal Osteoporosis in Women of Community

目的:对社区女性居民绝经后骨质疏松症现状进行调查,了解其影响因素并提出防治措施,为预防骨质疏松症的发生提供参考依据。方法:选取2020年1—12月在上海市静安区江宁路街道社区卫生服务中心进行体检的700名女性中老年体检者为调查对象,对其基础特征进行问卷调查,并采用多因素非条件logistic回归分析对社区女性居民绝经后骨质疏松症的危险因素进行分析。结果:调查的700名女性体检者中检出骨质疏松症患者214人,检出率为30.57%。分析结果显示,体质指数、骨质疏松症家族史、骨折病史、基础疾病为女性骨质疏松症的独立危险因素。结论:社区女性居民绝经后骨质疏松症发生率较高,应根据其危险因素采取有效的预防措施。

OBJECTIVE To analysis the risk factors and preventive measures related to primary postmenopausal osteoporosis in women of community.METHODS From January to December 2020,among 700 middle-aged and elderly women in Jiangning street community health service center in January to December 2020,a questionnaire survey of their basic characteristics was conducted,and multiple factors and non-conditional logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of postmenopausal osteoporosis among community residents.RESULTS The occurrence rate of osteoporosis in middle–aged women of community was 30.57%.The single factor analysis and Logistic regression showed that body mass index,family history,history of fracture,underlying diseases were the risk factors related to primary postmenopausal osteoporosis in middle–aged women of community.CONCLUSION The accident rate of postmenopausal osteoporosis is higher in middle–aged women of community.It should start from main risk factors for preventive treatment.
