SWOT Analysis on Health Management Service in Physical Examination Center of a General Hospital in Fuzhou

目的:了解福州市某综合医院体检中心健康管理服务现状,分析目前存在的问题,提出合理对策及发展建议。方法:采用访谈法、观察法及问卷调查法调查该医院体检中心健康管理服务现状,收集相关数据;运用SWOT分析法探讨该医院体检中心开展健康管理服务的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,归纳总结发展策略。结果:良好的社会公信力、先进的设备、充足的人才储备及交通便利是体检中心的内部优势;场地空间小、信息系统薄弱是体检中心的内部劣势。体检中心外部环境则处在人民健康意识提高、有互联网技术支撑、国家政策支持的机遇下,面临着民营体检中心抢占市场份额、竞争激烈、需向健康管理服务拓展及转型的威胁。结论:体检中心应首先解决场地限制,加快构建健康管理信息平台,在此基础上聚焦学科建设、培养人才,利用自身资源逐步形成健康管理服务体系。

OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of health management services in the physical examination center of a general hospital in Fuzhou,to analyze the existing problems,and to propose reasonable countermeasures and development suggestions.METHODS The interview method,observation method and questionnaire survey were used to collect the status quo and related data of the health management service of the physical examination center.the SWOT analysis method was used to discuss the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the quality management of the physical examination center of the general hospital.the development strategy was summarized.RESULTS Good social credibility,advanced equipment,sufficient talent reserves and convenient transportation were the internal advantages of the physical examination center.The small space of site and the weak information system were the internal disadvantages of the medical examination center.The external environment of the physical examination center was under the opportunity of improving people’s health awareness,supported by Internet technology and national policies.Faced with the threat of fierce market competition due to the market share of private medical examination centers,it was necessary for the physical examination center to expand and transform into health management services.CONCLUSION At present,the physical examination center should solve the site restrictions,accelerate the construction of a health management information platform first.Then focus on discipline construction,cultivate talents.Finally,make the most of its own resources to form a health management service system gradually.
