癫痫患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分与多导睡眠监测参数、脑功能状态指标相关性分析 被引量:8

Correlation Analysis between PSQI,PSG Parameters and Brain Functional Status Indexes in Patients with Epilepsy

摘要 目的:评估检测癫痫患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、多导睡眠监测(PSG)参数及脑功能状态指标,并探讨其相关性。方法:随机选取2019年5月—2021年7月在上海市嘉定区中心医院进行治疗的128例癫痫患者作为研究组,选取同时期进行健康体检的健康受检者128例作为对照组。评估两组研究对象PSQI评分,检测其PSG参数及脑功能状态指标。分析研究组患者PSQI评分与PSG参数、脑功能状态指标的相关性。结果:研究组患者PSQI评分为(7.85±3.03)分,对照组为(2.46±2.48)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=15.574,P<0.05)。研究组患者睡眠潜伏期为(16.79±0.68)min、睡眠后清醒时间为(2.51±0.27)min、总睡眠时间为(429.68±12.35)min,睡眠效率为(86.53±5.98)%;对照组分别为(12.82±0.68)min、(1.68±0.25)min、(442.53±8.58)min、(91.88±2.97)%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别为46.706、25.520、9.668、9.065,P值均<0.05)。研究组患者脑功能状态指标(睡眠呼吸指数、氧乏指数、脑惰性)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性检验分析,研究组患者PSQI评分与睡眠潜伏期、睡眠后清醒时间、睡眠呼吸指数、氧乏指数、脑惰性呈明显正相关,与总睡眠时间、睡眠呼吸指数呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论:癫痫患者存在明显的睡眠障碍,且患者PSQI评分与PSG参数、脑功能状态指标明显相关。 OBJECTIVE To detect Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),polysomnography(PSG)parameters and brain function indexes in patients with epilepsy,and to explore their correlation.METHODS 128 patients with epilepsy treated in our hospital from May 2019 to July 2021 were randomly selected as the study group,and 128 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group.Sleep quality,PSG parameters and brain functional status indicators were measured in both study groups.The correlation between PSG and brain function was analyzed by Pearson test.RESULTS The PSQI score of the study group was(7.85±3.03)and(2.46±2.48)in the control group,respectively(t=15.574,P<0.05).The sleep latency period of the study group was(16.79±0.68)min,After sleep,(2.51±0.27)min,Total sleep duration was(429.68±12.35)min.The sleep efficiency was(86.53±5.98)%.The control group was(12.82±0.68)min,(1.68±0.25)min,(442.53±8.58)min,(91.88±2.97)%.Statistical differences between the two groups(t=46.706,25.520,9.668,9.065,P<0.05).The level of brain function status index(sleep breathing index,oxygen deficiency index,brain inertia)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).According to Pearson’s correlation test,the PSQI score and sleep latency,post-sleep awake time,sleep breathing index,oxygen deficiency index and brain inertia were positive significant.There was a significant negative correlation with total sleep duration and sleep respiratory index(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Patients with epilepsy have obvious sleep disorders,and the parameters of PSQI and PSG are significantly correlated with the indexes of brain function.
