摘要
本研究采用三步亲核取代反应,以三聚氯氰和对氨基苯磺酸为原料,4,4-二氨基二苯乙烯-2,2-二磺酸(DSD酸)为发光母体,制备了一种小分子荧光化合物,再利用乙二胺进行聚合反应,制备新型水溶性高分子荧光化合物(EDA-FBs)。结果表明,合成的EDA-FBs荧光量子产率达39%。含质量分数8%的EDA-FBs涂布液涂布后纸张较未涂布纸张白度提高了23.9%,返黄值降低了13.5%,抗张强度提高了58.4%,撕裂度提高了21.9%。
In this study,a three-step nucleophilic substitution reaction was used to prepare a small molecule fluorescent compound with cyanuric chloride and p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid as raw materials,and 4,4-diaminostilbene-2,2-disulfonic acid(DSD acid)as luminescent matrix.Then ethylenediamine was introduced to polymerize and prepare a novel water-soluble macromolecule fluorescent compound(EDAFBs).The results showed that the yield of synthesized EDA-FBs could be reached 39%,and compared with the uncoated paper,the whiteness of paper after coating with the coating containing 8%EDA-FBs was increased by 23.9%,the yellowing value was reduced by 13.5%,the tensile strength was increased by 58.4%and the tearing strength was increased by 21.9%.
