基于家校合作的大学生心理健康教育困境及路径研究

Research on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of College Students’Mental Health Education Based on Home-School Cooperation

大学生心理健康教育是高校心理育人的有效载体,能够有效保障大学生的全面发展。家校合作是推动大学生心理健康教育的重要途径。当前基于家校合作的大学生心理健康教育存在合作主体认知偏差、合作机制不健全、合作平台缺乏等现实困境。可通过家校合作主体更新观念、完善心理健康教育合作机制、搭建家校心理健康教育工作平台等路径,提高心理育人质量。

Mental health education for college students is an effective carrier of psychological education in colleges and universities,which can effectively guarantee the all-round development of college students.Home-school cooperation is an important way to promote college students’mental health education.At present,the mental health education of college students based on home-school cooperation has practical difficulties,such as cognitive deviation of cooperation subject,imperfect cooperation mechanism and lack of cooperation platform.Improving the quality of psychological education can be realized by updating the concept of home-school cooperation subjects,improving the cooperation mechanism of mental health education,and building the working platform of home-school mental health education.
