摘要
本文针对经济学专业“产教学研”脱节、课程设置无法适应社会发展的需要、理论教学与应用技能培养脱节及教学评价机制不健全等问题,基于“产教研创”协同育人机制,设计了产业需求与专业基础相适应的人才培养体系,重构了精准对接相应行业、部门岗位的培养模式,构建了以科研优势资源引领学科竞赛的培养机制,以提升经济学专业人才培养质量。
In view of the problems of disconnection between production,teaching,learning and research of economics major,serious division of majors,this paper designed a talent training system of“production,teaching,research,and innovation”in economics that meets industrial needs and professional foundations,reconstructed the training mode of the professional modules that precisely docked corresponding industries and department positions,and constructed a training mechanism that encourages scientific research superior resources to lead discipline competitions,in order to improve the quality of talent training in economics.
