肝衰竭患者抑郁状态及影响因素调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the depressive state of patients with liver failure and its influencing factors

目的 调查分析肝衰竭患者的抑郁状态及其影响因素。方法 选取2019年2月至2022年2月间于蚌埠医学院第一附属医院感染性疾病科住院肝衰竭患者150例,收集患者一般人口学资料、住院时间、住院费用、医疗支付方式、是否有经济压力等,应用抑郁自评量表(SDS)调查其心理状态,采用多因素回归模型分析肝衰竭患者的抑郁状况及影响因素。结果 150例患者中并发抑郁患者115例(76.67%,115/150),SDS评分均超过53分,其中轻度抑郁患者35.33%(53/150),中度抑郁患者24.67%(37/150),重度抑郁患者16.67%(25/150);回归分析显示年龄<60岁、住院时间≥1个月是肝衰竭患者发生抑郁的危险因素。结论 肝衰竭患者抑郁发生率较高,发病危险因素主要包括年龄<60岁、住院时间≥1个月,医护人员应关注肝衰竭患者心理状态,实施有效干预措施,改善其心理健康水平。

Objective To investigate the depressive state of patients with liver failure and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 66 patients with liver failure in the Department of Infectious Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from February 2019 to February 2021 were investigated by using the self-rating depression scale(SDS),and their psychological status,depressive state and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results Among the 66 patients,54 patient’s SDS score were more than 53 points,and the incidence of depression was 81.82%(54/66),of which 36.36%(24/66)were mildly depressed,31.82%(21/66)were moderately depressed,and 13.64%(9/66)were severely depressed.Further analysis of the causes of depression in patients showed that age,marital status,length of hospitalization,hospitalization expenses and economic pressure were the main influencing factors for depression in patients with liver failure.Conclusion The incidence of depression in patients with liver failure was relatively higher,which are greatly influenced by age and hospital stay.Psychological state of the patients should be paid attention to by medical staff and effective measures should be taken to improve their mental health.
