为打击非法渠道购进药品行为,提升查处违法的实效,本文依据相关法律法规及有关文件的要求,结合非法购药相关案例和查办经验,对违法行为进行综合分析,探讨如何有效实施核查取证、外调协查核实,以及如何准确确定适用法律进行定性处理。同时,对非法购药案件查办提出建议,以期为执法人员提供借鉴和参考。

In order to crack down on the illegal purchase of drugs and enhance the effectiveness of investigation and punishment of illegal acts, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of illegal acts based on the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and documents, as well as related cases of illegal drug purchase and investigation experience. This paper includes how to effectively carry out verification and evidence collection, coordinate external investigation and verification, and how to accurately apply the law for qualitative treatment. At the same time, suggestions on the investigation and handling of illegal drug purchase cases are put forward with a view to providing reference for law enforcement personnel.
