In recent years, with the gathering of innovation effect and the differentiation of competition, especially during the outbreak of COVID-19, the concentration of biopharmaceutical industry in Hebei province has rapidly increased, which has driven and promoted the high-quality development of the industry. Combined with the current situation of biopharmaceutical industry in Hebei province, government departments, enterprises and other social forces have taken active initiatives and achieved good experience results. This paper focuses on the key elements of high-quality development of biomedical industry in Hebei province, summarizing and analyzing the current situation of the industry, experience and effectiveness, opportunities and challenges faced by the industry.
