药品监管科学视域中的监管伦理探讨

Discussion on Regulatory Ethics from the Perspective of Drug Regulatory Science

鉴于目前关于药品监管科学中伦理问题的研究较少,笔者通过查阅文献对此进行了研究探讨,认为监管伦理是随着药品监管科学的发展而发展的,是客观存在的,且在监管实践中起着重要作用。对此进行深入研究,有利于促进我国药品监管伦理体系的建立。

In view of the fact that there are few researches on ethical issues in drug regulatory science at present, the author studied and discussed this issue by literature research. It is believed that regulatory ethics develops with the progress of drug regulatory science. Regulatory ethics exists objectively and plays an important role in regulatory practice. An in-depth study of regulatory ethics would help promote the establishment of an ethical system for drug regulation in China.
