YJ212接装机搓接鼓轮清洁装置的设计

A device for cleaning rolling drum in YJ212 filter assembler

为解决YJ212接装机搓接鼓轮表面形成的胶垢粘附异物等问题,设计了一种搓接鼓轮清洁装置。利用设备备用激光打孔装置的动力,采用差速轮传动方式,使清洁毛刷相对搓接鼓轮高速转动,同时相对鼓轮表面做轴向往复移动,可连续对搓接鼓轮表面进行清洁。毛刷清除的胶垢和异物被负压回收装置回收,避免对搓接鼓轮表面造成二次污染。以济南卷烟厂生产的“泰山(红将军)”牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:使用清洁装置后,搓接鼓轮清洁次数减少4次/d,搓板堵塞次数减少7次/d,泡皱烟支数量占比降低7.6百分点。该技术可为提高烟支外观质量和设备运行效率提供支持。

To prevent glue and tobacco material from adhering to the surface of rolling drum in YJ212 filter assembler,a rolling drum cleaning device was designed.By using the power of the standby laser perforation device and differential gear transmission,a cleaning brush rotates at a higher speed relative to the rolling drum and at the same time reciprocates against the surface of the rolling drum along its axial direction to clean the surface of the rolling drum continuously.The matters removed by the brush are collected by a negative pressure collecting unit.The designed cleaning device was tested with cigarettes of brand“Taishan(Red General)”,the results showed that the manual cleaning work of the rolling drum reduced by 4 times per day,the rolling plate jam reduced by 7 times per day,and the percentage of cigarettes with wrinkled or bubbled defects decreased by 7.6 percentage points.This technology provides a support for promoting the appearance quality of cigarette and the running efficiency of equipment.
