基于Kinovea线性插值假人头部位移的计算

摘要 目前儿童安全座椅碰撞试验中的假人头部位移计算大多采用2D分析软件,主流的分析软件有Fal Con、Tema等,但是大多数高速摄像机的镜头均有不同程度的畸变,尤其是短焦距的车载相机尤为明显。针对畸变引起的假人位移计算误差问题,本文提出了使用Kinovea软件线性插值的方法来解决畸变问题,该方法通过多个目标点进行网格划分,在小范围内进行线性插值,再将数据结果进行累加得到假人位移量。试验结果证明,与软件计算结果相比,该方法可以大大提高假人位移的测试精度。 At present,2D analysis software is mostly used to calculate the head displacement of the dummy in the crash test of child safety seat.The mainstream analysis software are like Fal Con,Tema and so on.However,the lenses of most high-speed cameras have different degrees of distortion,especially onboard cameras with short focal length.Aiming at the calculation error of dummy displacement caused by distortion,a linear interpolation method using Kinovea software was proposed to solve the distortion problem.The method divided mesh of multiple target points and carried out linear interpolation in a small range,and then accumulated the data results to obtain the dummy displacement.The experimental results show that this method can greatly improve the measurement accuracy of dummy displacement compared with the software calculation results.
