摘要
基于一台1.5 L的涡轮增压汽油发动机,在发动机台架上进行汽油机颗粒捕集器的再生试验,以获得基于温度、氧流量、碳载量的碳颗粒物的再生燃烧速率试验数据。对试验数据进行分析处理,并在发动机台架上以及整车上进行了再生验证试验。结果表明:实际烧碳量与模型烧碳量的偏差精度在30%以内,满足匹配目标要求。
Based on a 1.5 L turbocharged gasoline engine,the regeneration test of gasoline particulate filter was carried out on the engine bench to obtain the experimental data of the soot regeneration burn rate based on temperature,oxygen flow rate and the soot load.The experimental data were analyzed and processed,and the regeneration verification test was carried out on the engine bench and the whole vehicle.The results show that the deviation accuracy between the actual soot burning mass and the model soot burning mass is less than 30%,which meets the matching target requirements.
