摘要 对电子真空泵与机械真空泵进行了详细介绍,分析了电子真空泵与机械真空泵对车辆油耗的影响;通过工作原理分析及试验设计,对某车型分别使用机械真空泵和电子真空泵的油耗差异进行了验证。结果表明:使用电子真空泵后该车型的全球统一轻型车测试循环油耗较使用机械真空泵平均低0.00071 L/km,下降了0.86%。 The electronic vacuum pump and mechanical vacuum pump were introduced in detail,and the influence of electronic vacuum pump and mechanical vacuum pump on vehicle fuel consumption was analyzed.Through the analysis of working principle and experimental design,the fuel consumption difference between mechanical vacuum pump and electronic vacuum pump was verified.The results show that the world light vehicle test cycle(WLTC)fuel consumption of the vehicle is 0.00071 L/km lower than that of the mechanical vacuum pump,with a decrease of 0.86%.
