自贸港背景下海南省农业电商发展现状与新策略

Current Situation and New Strategies of Agricultural E-commerce Development in Hainan Province under the Background of Free Trade Port

海南省正在建设自由贸易港,距离正式封关运作不到3年时间。在新形势下,海南农业电商也在不断调整经营内容。通过梳理海南农业电商的发展历程,研判自贸港涉农政策对农业电商的影响,提出相应的农业电商经营的新策略,有利于弥合城乡数字鸿沟,加快推进农业数字化转型和提升农业现代化水平,实现乡村振兴和农业高水平对外开放的目标。

Hainan province is building a free-trade port, only two years away(by 2025) from its having the separate Customs territory status. In the new situation, Hainan agricultural e-commerce is also constantly updating its operation. This report first reviews the development of agricultural e-commerce in Hainan, then analyzing the impact of the free trade port policy on agricultural e-commerce, and finally proposing the corresponding new strategies of agricultural e-commerce. It is hoped that the new strategies proposed in this report will help to narrow the urban-rural digital divide, accelerating the digitization of agriculture and upgrading the level of agricultural modernization, finally, the goal of revitalizing rural areas and opening agriculture to the outside world at a high level will be fostered.
