餐厨垃圾厌氧消化技术研究现状及展望 被引量:4

摘要 餐厨废弃物资源化已广泛应用厌氧消化工艺,但反应器设备存在不足。LBR反应器比CSTR反应器更为简易、便捷、高效,可通过添加填充物、减小受质粒子孔径等方法,改变LBR反应器内部结构以及渗筛液循环,缓解产酸和产甲烷阶段的不均匀问题,从而达到餐厨废弃物无害化、资源化利用,促进高效循环经济的良性发展。 Anaerobic digestion process has been widely used in kitchen waste recycling, but the reactor equipment is deficient. Compared with CSTR reactor, LBR reactor is simpler, more convenient and efficient. The internal structure of LBR reactor and the circulation of percolating liquid can be changed by adding fillers and reducing the pore size of receiving particles, so as to alleviate the uneven problem of acid production and methane production, thus achieving the harmless and resource utilization of kitchen waste and promoting the sound progress of efficient circular economy.
