摘要 近年来,由于自由基反应在碳-碳键构筑中独特的作用,有机化学家相继开发了各种自由基前体化合物。N-取代丁二酰亚胺(NHPI)还原活性酯作为一种重要的自由基前体化合物,近期受到了有机化学家的广泛关注。本文综述了该领域的最新研究进展,主要介绍在电、金属催化条件下,自由基诱导N-取代丁二酰亚胺酯类化合物参与的碳-碳键构筑。 Recently,organic chemists continuously developed a great variety of radical precursors with the unique role of free radical reactions in the construction of carbon-carbon bonds.Especially,(N-acyloxy)phthalimide(NHPI)esters,a class of radical precursors compounds with great significance,has been widely concerned by scientists.In this perspective article,we will systematically summarize the advance in the field of the radical-induced of(N-acyloxy)phth-alimide esters to construct carbon-carbon bond according to the catalyst type,including electrochemical catalysis and metal catalysis.Meanwhile,pathways for future development have been proposed.
