摘要 随着全球化、信息化、数字化趋势的演进,企业文化建设越来越受到重视。本研究提出了企业文化影响员工满意度的相关假设,并通过构建企业文化影响员工满意度的结构方程模型来确定两者之间的影响机理。结果表明:企业文化的子因子使命和一致性正向影响员工满意度;企业可以通过建设企业文化、营造良好的沟通和协调氛围、确定合适的长远目标等措施提升员工满意度。 With the evolution of globalization, informatization and digitization, the construction of corporate culture has attracted more and more attention. This study puts forward a hypothesis that corporate culture affects employee satisfactory degree, and establishes a structural equation model that corporate culture affects employee satisfactory degree to determine the impact mechanism between them. The results show that the sub factors such as mission and consistency of corporate culture positively affect employee satisfactory degree. Enterprises can improve employee satisfactory degree by the countermeasures such as constructing corporate culture, creating a good communication and coordination atmosphere and determining appropriate long-term goals.
