新冠肺炎疫情下,面对错综复杂的外部环境及经济下行压力,安徽战略性新兴产业逆势上扬,不仅企业数量增加,产值也快速增长,对经济的贡献率有所提高,综合实力稳步上升,成为经济发展的重要动力源,助推安徽省“三地一区”建设。但不容忽视的是,战略性新兴产业的发展还面临龙头企业少、创新能力不足、“高精尖”人才缺乏以及资金利用不足等问题。因此,要聚焦“三地一区”建设,弥补不足,力争高质量发展,在中部崛起中走出安徽特色之路。

Under the situation of COVID-19 epidemic, facing complicated external environment and economic downward pressure, the strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province have risen against the trend, reflecting in not only the number of enterprises increased, but also the output value increased rapidly, the contribution rate to the economy increased and the comprehensive strength increased steadily, which has become an important power source for economic development and has promoted the construction of “Three Highlands and One District” in Anhui Province. However, it should not be ignored that the development of strategic emerging industries still faces many problems such as the lack of leading enterprises, insufficiency of innovation capacity, lack of talents with high-quality and insufficiency of funds utilization. So it is necessary to focus on the construction of “Three Highlands and One District”, make up for the deficiencies and strive for high-quality development, so as to walk out of a road with Anhui characteristics in the rise of central China.
