基于应力变化率的高压输电线路紧线预警系统研究 被引量:6

摘要 高压线路的安装需要对弧垂进行校验或实时监测,以确保线路运行和被跨越设备的安全,满足安全、经济、稳定的工程要求。基于此,研究了一种高压输电线路施工紧线预警系统,用于指导高压架空输电线路的张力架线设计与紧线施工。该系统由全球定位系统(global positioning system,GPS)获取档距和高差,通过传感器在施工过程中动态测量线路端部节点应力与倾角,根据两端杆塔及多杆塔之间输电线路弧垂与线端节点应力之间的关系,计算得出不同档距输电线路弧垂高度和应力的变化过程,并在此基础上,开发了STM32软件和手机终端APP,实现信息的实时反馈,同时设置应力、弧垂阈值和应力变化率判据构成预警,并提出了基于应力变化率的判据,提高了架线施工的安全性和精确性。 The installation of high voltage lines requires checking or real-time monitoring of sags, so as to ensure the safety of line operation and equipment to be crossed, and to meet the safety, economic and stable engineering requirements. This paper is devoted to the study of a kind of early warning system of tightening conductor for high voltage transmission line construction to guide the tension line design and tight line construction of high voltage overhead transmission lines. The system gets span and elevation difference by GPS(global positioning system). Sensors are used in the construction process for the dynamic measurement of line end node stress and angle. According to the calculation relationship between sag of the transmission line and line end node stress, the variation process of sag height and stress of transmission lines at different intervals is calculated. On this basis, the STM32 software and mobile phone terminal APP are carried out to realize the real-time feedback of information. Meanwhile, the stress, sag threshold and stress change rate criterion are set to constitute early warning, and the criterion based on the stress change rate is put forward to improve the safety and accuracy of stringing construction.
