摘要 以一起500 kV换流变压器在油色谱分析中产气异常故障为例,对基于油色谱在线监测的数据与离线检测的数据综合进行了分析,并对该设备进行了常规试验检查及后续钻芯检查,进而发现了故障原因,其与色谱分析的初步结论相符。通过此次故障分析反映出在线监测油中溶解气体的组分和含量对监视充油电气设备安全运行的重要性。 Based on the gas abnormal fault during the oil chromatographic analysis of a 500 kV converter transformer, this paper analyzed the oil chromatographic online monitoring data and offline detection data, and conducted the equipment routine test inspection and subsequent drill core inspection. Then the fault cause was identified, and was verified with the preliminary conclusion of chromatographic analysis. This fault analysis reflects the importance of the composition and content of dissolved gas in oil for monitoring the safe operation of oil-filled electrical equipment.
