摘要
电力机车上运行蓄电池组的一致性问题是电池组最普遍的问题,在长期的运行中蓄电池组的整组性能会变得越来越差,内阻增大,容量大幅下降,使用寿命缩短,影响机车的运行安全。通过对电池组均衡和在线测试技术的研究和均衡前后数据的对比分析,验证了该技术可延长蓄电池组的使用寿命,提升热失控控制能力,保证电池组高效安全运行。
The consistency problem of battery pack running on electric locomotive is the most common problem of battery pack. In long-term operation, the whole performance of battery pack will become worse and worse: the internal resistance increases, the capacity decreases significantly, and the service life is shortened, which affects the safety of locomotive operation. Through the research of battery pack equalization and online monitoring technology and the comparative analysis and verification of the data before and after equalization, the technology can extend the service life of battery pack, improve the thermal runaway control ability, and ensure the efficient and safe operation of battery pack.
