水泥窖余热锅炉炉管泄漏声学监测系统设计

摘要 高效节能一直是耗能企业发展的目标,随着碳市场的开放扩大,如何提高能源的利用效率、减少能源消耗是各耗能企业的工作重点,对于余热的利用也正因此处于优化改造的关键期。针对水泥窖余热锅炉复杂恶劣的运行环境,采用声矩阵和特制声波导管等技术对余热锅炉管道泄漏监测系统进行了系统的设计,为余热锅炉安全经济运行提供了严谨合理的监测技术方案。 High efficiency and energy saving has always been the development goal of energy consuming enterprises. With the opening and expansion of the carbon market, how to improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce energy consumption is the focus of all energy consuming enterprises. Therefore, the utilization of waste heat is also in the critical period of optimization and transformation. In view of the complex and harsh operating environment of the waste heat boiler in cement cellar, the pipeline leakage monitoring system of the waste heat boiler is designed by means of sound matrix and special acoustic wave guide technology, which provides a rigorous and reasonable technical scheme for the safe and economical operation of the waste heat boiler.
