铁路工程铺轨基地设计规模研究

铺架工程是铁路工程施工组织设计的主线之一,铺轨基地是与铺架工程密不可分的主要大型临时工程,其勘察设计是施工组织设计的关键内容之一。本文通过分析、研究,解决铁路工程铺轨基地勘察设计中存在的有关原则、计算方法、公式及参数问题。以补轨周期、铺轨进度、钢轨存轨需求量等参数为依托,分析铺轨基地长钢轨存储能力、有砟轨道铺轨基地工具轨、轨枕存放量及存储高度等设计参数问题。形成了铁路工程铺轨基地规模分析、计算流程,可以指导铁路项目施工组织设计。

The track laying project is one of the main lines of the construction organization design of railway engineering.The track laying base is the main large-scale temporary project inseparable from the track laying project,and its survey and design is one of the key contents of the construction organization design.Through analysis and research,this paper solves the problems of relevant principles,calculation methods,formulas and parameters in the survey and design of railway engineering track laying base.Based on the parameters such as track replenishment period,track laying progress and rail storage demand,the design parameters such as long rail storage capacity of track laying base,tool rail and sleeper storage capacity and storage height of ballasted track laying base are analyzed.It has formed the scale analysis and calculation process of railway engineering track laying base,which can guide the construction organization design of railway projects.
