摘要
作为促进粤港澳大湾区交通基础设施建设的重要工程,白云机场T3综合交通枢纽包含了多种类型轨道工程,不同类型工程造价体系之间差异性较大,因此不同造价体系对整体工程造价的影响有待深入研究。本预留工程中芳白城际明挖区间隧道全长774 m,本文以该隧道为例,首先通过对不同造价体系中各工序对应定额进行了详细比较,然后又分析了不同造价体系中计费方式的差异,详细阐述了广东省轨道交通造价体系与传统铁路造价体系对该工程造价的影响,并得出了人工与机械消耗以及取费基数的不同是导致广东省轨道交通造价体系下工程费用较高的原因的结论。
As an important project to promote the construction of transportation infrastructure in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the T3 Comprehensive transportation hub of Baiyun Airport includes many types of track projects.There are great differences between different types of project cost systems,so the impact of different cost systems on the overall project cost needs to be further studied.The Fangbai Intercity Railway open cut section tunnel in the reserved project is 774m.Taking the tunnel as an example,this paper first compares the corresponding quota of each process in different cost systems.Then this paper analyzes the differences of cost categories in different cost systems,and expounds in detail the impact of Guangdong rail transit cost system and traditional railway cost system on the project cost.It is concluded that the difference between labor and machinery consumption and cost base is the reason for the high project cost under the rail transit cost system in Guangdong Province.
