摘要
以市场谋生存,以现场促市场,市场和现场联动求发展,是建筑施工企业经营生产管理中永恒的主题。结合当前国内建筑市场经营形势、企业实际以及深耕传统铁路施工企业多年的实践经验,笔者从经营目标、规划布局、信息跟踪、标前分析、标书编制及与经营相关的人力资源、项目管理等方面对传统铁路施工企业市场经营工作提出建议,供施工企业开展市场经营工作参考。
Survival by market,promoting the market by actual site,market and actual site linage for development are the ever-lasting topics of construction enterprises in operation and production management.Combined with the current demotic constitution market,actual situation of the enterprise and practice experiences of cultivate deeply for many years in this industry,some reflections of traditional railway construction enterprises of this paper are mainly from the following aspects:corporate business objectives,planting and layout,information tracking,pre-bid analysis,bidding documents preparation,human resources for operation,project management.
