Expert consensus on ultrasound-guided nasoenteric intubation in adults

目的形成《成人超声引导下鼻肠管置管专家共识》(以下简称《共识》),规范超声引导下鼻腔管置管操作流程。方法查阅国内外超声引导下鼻肠管置管的相关文献,结合临床医疗护理专家的工作经验,形成初版《共识》;通过2轮专家咨询,进行整理和修改,形成终版《共识》。结果《共识》的内容覆盖了超声引导下鼻肠管置管的各环节,包括鼻肠管置管的适应证及禁忌证、操作人员资质要求、隔离与防护要求、置管前准备、置管过程、置管后护理及位置判断。结论《共识》具有一定的科学性和实用性,可为实施成人超声引导下鼻肠管置管提供临床指导,使护士在操作时有据可循,从而提高超声引导下鼻肠管置管成功率。

Objective To formulate an"expert consensus on ultrasound-guided nasoenteric intubation in adult"(hereinafter referred to as the"consensus")and to standardise the operational procedures in ultrasound-guided nasoenteric intubation.Methods The first edition of the consensus was drafted based on systematically review of the literatures in ultrasound-guided nasoenteric intubation published at home and abroad together with the working experiences of nursing specialists.Contents of the final edition of the consensus were revised with two rounds of expert consultation.Results The consensus covers all aspects of ultrasound-guided nasoenteric intubation.It includes but not limited to indications and contraindications of the nasoenteric intubation at bedside assisted with ultrasound,qualification of nursing personals,quarantine and protection,preparation and procedures for intubation,etc.Conclusions The consensus is scientific and practical.It provides a clinical guidance for nasoenteric intubation in adults under the guidance of ultrasound and increase successful intnbatlonn rate.
