青光眼患者药物素养现状及其影响因素分析

Status of medication literacy and the influencing factors in glaucoma patients

目的调查青光眼患者药物素养现状,分析其影响因素并探讨针对性对策。方法采用便利抽样法,2021年8月至2022年1月,选取就诊于重庆市及山西太原市共2所三级甲等综合医院的173例青光眼患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、药物素养评估中文版量表进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析方法探讨青光眼患者药物素养影响因素。结果青光眼患者药物素养总分为(8.97±3.90)分。多元线性回归结果显示:年龄、居住地、文化程度、工作性质、是否接受过用药教育为青光眼患者药物素养的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论青光眼患者的药物素养处于中等水平。应针对影响因素实施干预,提供便于认知理解的药物信息、构建多元沟通及信息传递渠道及优化用药教育模式等干预措施,提高青光眼患者药物素养水平。

Objective To investigate the current status of medication literacy in patients with glaucoma and analyse the influencing factors.Methods Using a convenient sampling method,173 patients who were treated for glaucoma in two tertiary hospitals,in Chongqing and Taiyuan of Shanxi Province,were enrolled for the survey with general data questionnaires and Chinese Version of Medication Literacy Assessment.Results The total medication literacy score of the patients with glaucoma was(8.97±3.90).Multiple linear regression showed that the influencing factors of medication literacy in glaucoma patients were age,place of residence,level of education,nature of work,and whether having received the education about medication(all P<0.05).Conclusions Medication literacy in patients with glaucomais at a medium level.Interventions can be carried out depending on the influencing factors identified in this study.Nursing staff should provide the patients with understandable information about medication,build multi-channels for communications and optimise the medication education models so as to improve the level of the medication literacy.
