摘要
“图画书中的世界”作为国际图联儿童阅读推广的著名项目,自2011年推出以来经历了十多年的发展,已出版的专业报告《图画书中的世界》汇集各国图书馆员推荐的图画书,为图书馆儿童阅读推广提供了参考。解读该报告发现:欧洲是图画书创作的发源地;美国图画书在质量上处于世界领先水平;欧美图画书在涌现经典作品的过程中形成了一定的规模和特点。文章围绕图画书,从馆藏建设、阅读指导、阅读活动三方面,探索我国公共图书馆儿童阅读推广的实践模式。
As a well-known children’s reading promotion program launched in 2011, the IFLA published the third edition of a professional report The World Through Picture Books in 2021, collecting picture books recommended by librarians from all over the world. The report is well-positioned to guide children reading activities in libraries. Through this report, we learn that Europe is the breeding ground of picture books, and American picture books are among the world leaders in terms of content. Moreover, we can see the continuous emergence of classic European and American picture books in huge numbers and with distinctive features. On that basis, the article explores the practical model of children’s reading promotion in China’s public libraries from three aspects: collection construction, reading guidance, and reading activities.
