油田螺杆泵井新型封井器的研制与应用

Development and application of new well sealer for oilfield screw pump wells

油田开发中螺杆泵的应用范围极为广泛,在提高油气开采效率上发挥了重要作用。螺杆泵采油设备经过多年的技术研究和应用,设备运行的稳定性及可靠性不断提升,螺杆泵井相关技术已日趋成熟,但在驱动装置部分配套设计上仍有改进潜力。特别是螺杆泵井驱动装置封井器由于年久腐蚀及操作磨损等原因,芯体和橡胶密封体经常性损毁,操作工人更换芯体时必须压井后将井下液体放空,确认无压后才能进行维修操作,极易造成环境污染,同时也延长了处理故障的时间,增加了维修成本。为此,研制了油田螺杆泵井新型封井器,实现不停机、不压井对封井器维修。维修时间由改进前4 h缩短为0.5 h,并避免了单井占产损失8.5 t,累计挽回产量损失850 t,创经济效益295万元。节约维修成本1/3以上,减轻劳动强度,减少操作程序、不可控环节以及环境污染。

In oilfield development, screw pump has a very wide range of applications and plays an important role in improving oil and gas production efficiency.After years of technical research and application of screw pump oil production equipment, the stability and reliability of equipment operation have been continuously improved.The related technology of screw pump well has become increasingly mature, but there is still potential for improvement in the supporting design of the driving device. In particular,the core and rubber sealing body of the well sealing device of the screw pump well drive device are often damaged due to long-term corrosion and operational wear. When replacing the core,the operators must vent the downhole fluid after pressing well to ensure that the maintenance operation can be carried out after no pressure is applied, which is very easy to cause environmental pollution,prolong the time of fault treatment and increase the maintenance cost.Therefore,the new well sealer of screw pump wells is developed to realize the maintenance of the well sealer without shutdown and pressure well.The maintenance time is shortened from four hours to half hour and the single well production loss of 8.5 tons is avoided.The cumulative recovery production loss was 850 tons and the economic benefit was 2.95 million yuan, which saves more than one third of maintenance cost, reduces labor intensity and operating procedures,uncontrollable links and environmental pollution.
