实现抽油机低冲次运转的过渡轮

摘要 随着油田的不断开发,部分抽油机井出现供液不足、间歇出油的情况,从而导致抽油机泵效变差,电动机能耗大,下调冲次时受电动机轴直径、电动机皮带轮外径的制约,最低只能调至2.5次/min,电动机做功略有下降,但是与低液量相比仍消耗了较高的能耗,低产出高能耗导致单井管理成本居高不下。针对此情况,设计制作了一套降低抽油机转速的过度装置,通过轴传动原理实现减速目的,能够将抽油机冲次由2.5次/min降低到1.2次/min,增加抽油泵充满程度的同时,降低了电能消耗。主要应用在结蜡严重的抽油机井设备上,避免了油井因长时间停井而造成蜡卡修井的可能性,取得良好的经济效益。 With the continuous development of oilfields,some pumping wells have insufficient liquid supply and intermittent oil production, resulting in poor pumping efficiency of oil well pump and waste the energy conservation of motor. When the impulse is reduced, it can only be adjusted to 2.5 times/min at most due to the restriction of motor shaft diameter and the outer diameter of the motor pulley.The power of motor has only slightly reduced, but compared with the low liquid,it pays a higher energy consumption,low production and high energy consumption,which leads to the high cost of single well management. To cope with this situation, a set of transition device has been designed and manufactured to reduce the rotation speed of the pumping unit.Through the shaft transmission principle to realize the purpose of reducing speed, the stroke of pumping unit could be reduced from 2.5 times/min to 1.2 times/min, which increases the full degree of pumping pump and at the same time which reduces the consumption of electricity energy. In particular, it has been applied to the pumping unit equipment in the well with severe wax deposition to avoid the possibility of wax stuck workover caused by long-term shutdown of oil wells and achieve good economic benefits.
