摘要
井下作业是保证油田稳产上产的重要手段,目前大庆油田井下作业自动化程度参差不齐,多以员工与修井机配合起下管柱,完成修井作业,总体处于劳动强度大,用工总量多,QHSE管理压力大的落后现状。文中通过现状调查,找出阻碍井下作业装备机械化、自动化发展应用的问题。针对症结问题,采用PDCA循环,提出解决思路并制定相应的对策,研发了随车式环保操作平台装置、分体式油管猫道装置、随车式管柱起下自动上卸扣装置、随车式钻孔绷绳锚定装置4项成果。解决了井下作业施工中安全、环保、提效,降耗等诸多难题,经现场5 000余次试验与应用,提高作业效率30.3%,减少各类车辆燃料能源费用1 300余万元,燃油费用同期对比降低了29.7%,随车式环保自动化施工系列配套装置投入成本低,提效降耗效果显著,具有实用推广价值。
The downhole operation is an important means to ensure stable production and high production in Daqing oilfield.At present,the automation degree of downhole operation in Daqing Oilfield is irregular and most of the employees cooperation with the workover rig to complete workover operation. On the whole,it is in the backward situation of high labor intensity,large amount of labor and high pressure of QHSE management. Through the current situation investigation, find out the problems that are hindered the development and application of mechanization and automation of downhole operation equipment. Aiming at the key problems, PDCA cycle is used to propose solutions and formulate corresponding countermeasures,and developed four achievements that contain environmental protection operation platform device with vehicle-mounted, tubing catwalk device with separated type, automatic buckle loading and unloading device with vehicle-mounted pipe string and drilling guy line anchoring device with vehicle-mounted. In particular,it has been solved many difficult problems such as safety, environmental protection, efficiency improvement and consumption reduction in downhole operation. After more than 5000 tests and applications on site, the operation efficiency has been improved by 30.3%, and the cost of fuel energy for various vehicles has been reduced by more than 13 million yuan. Fuel costs have been reduced by 29.7% compared to the same period. The auxiliary device of environmental protection automatic construction series with vehicle-mounted is low and the effect of efficiency improvement and consumption reduction is significant,which has practical promotion value.
