改进院外急救车内急救设备管理效果的临床研究

Study on the clinical efficacy of improving the first-aid management equipment in ambulance

目的 探讨改进院外急救车内急救设备管理的效果。方法 本院自2022年2月对急救车内的急救设备进行规范管理,以规范管理前(2022年1月)作为常规组,规范管理后(2022年2月)作为规范管理组,记录实施规范设备管理前后的设备故障率,统计心电图机、除颤监护仪、呼吸机、血糖监测仪等急救设备的使用率。自制急救设备质量管理水平评分表,由医护自评与科主任及护士长对采取规范管理措施前后包括医疗舱环境、设备使用、制度实施和优质服务等4个项目进行评分。结果 规范设备管理后,急救设备的故障率显著低于常规组(P<0.05);急救设备使用率显著高于常规组(P<0.05);规范管理组的医疗舱环境、设备使用、制度实施、优质服务等各项设备质量管理评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 规范院外急救设备管理,能够有效降低设备故障率,保证医疗设备质量,提高急救保障能力。

Objective To explore the effect of improving the management of emergency equipment in pre hospital ambulance.Methods Since February 2022,the hospital has standardized the management of emergency equipment in emergency vehicles.Before the standardized management(January 2022),the conventional group was used,and after the standardized management(February 2022),the standardized management group was used.The equipment failure rate before and after the standardized equipment management was implemented was recorded,and the utilization rate of emergency equipment such as electrocardiograph,defibrillation monitor,respirator,and blood glucose monitor was counted.The self-made scoring table for the quality management level of emergency equipment shall be scored by the medical and nursing self-evaluation,the department director and the head nurse before and after taking standardized management measures,including the medical cabin environment,equipment use,system implementation and quality service.Results After standardized equipment management,the failure rate of first-aid equipment was significantly lower than that of conventional group(P<0.05).The utilization rate of first-aid equipment was significantly higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05);The scores of medical cabin environment,equipment use,system implementation,quality service and other equipment quality management in the standardized management group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardizing the management of pre hospital emergency equipment can effectively reduce the failure rate of equipment,ensure the quality of medical equipment,and improve the ability of emergency support.
