骨科专科护士灾害救援培养模式的创建与效果评价

Construction and evaluation of training model of disaster rescue for orthopaedic nurses

目的 探索骨科专科护士灾害救援能力相关模式的培养,为骨科灾害护理人才的培养、考核及规范提供参考依据。方法 采用便利抽样法对北京市某三甲医院八个中心72名骨科专科护士进行培训,并根据“军队医院护理灾害救援体系”自制骨科专科护士评价量表对专科护士培训前后核心救援能力、骨科专科理论知识及骨科专科操作得分进行评价、比较。结果 经过灾害救援核心能力培训学习后,骨科专科护士对灾害救援专科知识的掌握、灾害救援专科理论知识的实战运用、骨科灾害护理学科的专科性等方面均高于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对骨科专科护士制定的培训方法可有效提高骨科灾害救援能力,同时为骨科护理灾害救援培训提供参考依据、为骨科专科护士专科培训提供参考模式。

Objective to construct a training program of disaster rescue ability for orthopaedic nurses so as to provide reference for the training of orthopedic disaster nursing talents.Methods A specialized training course on orthopedic nursing was developed with specific contents of 6 aspects:emergency response capacity of orthopedic disaster rescue(20 class hours),political and economic situation at home and abroad(8 class hours),basic knowledge of disaster relief,post-disaster reconstruction;and prevention of infectious diseases(20 class hours),laws and regulations,common sense of ethics,and local customs and practices related to disaster relief(10 class hours),orthopedic expertise related to disaster relief(20 class hours),and psychological quality of disaster relief personnel(10 class hours).72 nurses in orthopedics,2 males and 70 females,most with intermediate title or above,were selected to be trainees from 8 centers of a class A tertiary military hospital.An evaluation scale was developed and questionnaire survey was used before and after the training.Results After the training the scores in the basic knowledge of disaster rescue and the fieldt orthopedic operation were all significantly higher than those before training(all P<0.05).Conclusion The training program for orthopaedic nurses newly developed effectively improves the ability of orthopaedic disaster rescue,and provides reference for the training of nursing disaster rescue and provides basis for the training of orthopaedic nurses.
